Yes, they are always quick to respond to my questions. My bank seemed to have a problem with the payment and didn’t transfer the money to PayPal, so I assumed there was no payment. After a few emails back and forth, I ended up not seeing payment completed on the order page. All I saw was “incomplete” order, which just meant I hadn’t received the item yet. So they had to put up with my stupidity again ….. The whole process was friendly and professional.
