Yes, it is recommended. The standard of customer service, care and communication provided by the seller was absolutely superb. There was email communication every step of the way and all questions were answered promptly. I’d say I’m a smooth customer as a lot of things don’t really matter to me (as I’ll be exchanging them myself) so there’s a lot of standard choices, some of which are even left to locals (see previous review, will be exchanging them anyway so they don’t matter to me).
